✧ABOUT COMMISSIONThis commission work is for non-profit personal use. If for commercial use, the price will be doubled.The commission will have 3-5 revisions ONLY.The final output will be sent as PNG files through their email account.✧ORDER PROCESSYou can contact me on my social media accounts given above, and we can discuss it there.NOTE: All of my artworks are fully rendered.Please provide a reference of your character/s, clothes, pose, etc. It must be colored, not b&w, and not blurry as well.✧PAYMENT PROCESSYou must pay the 50% downpayment once you approve the sketch before I proceed.When I'm done, you will fully pay me first before I send you the artwork through GMAIL.✧CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTIONAny mistakes made on my behalf (e.g. misread description, missed a detail, etc) I will correct it on time (free of charge).However, if the mistake is a result of insufficient information on the day that we discuss it, then I am not obliged to change anything for you.But if you request to change/some details then there will be an additional fee depending on how big the detail is.✧COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICYAs an artist, I have the right to produce my artwork, not the commissioner.Therefore, I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to; Promote it myself at any place or site, to display it anywhere to my liking, and to post it wherever I want.NOTE: But if the commissioners are not comfortable displaying the works online, just let me know.✧The commissioners are allowed to:Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only, print the art and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself, and use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (making money from it) without my permission is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED!.✧Deadlines and Refunds /CancelationsEach commission will take 1-2 weeks but it will change depending on many factors such as health, order of commissions, family issues, or personal issues.Overall commission will take a month or 2.You may cancel your commission BEFORE I started it, BUT, you may not cancel it once I started and have completed the piece.If I have completed the piece already, there are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.
